      I had to dig hard to find these. When Beryl died, I received her albums and some of these came from there. Feel free to send photos of your family to add to Gail’s page.

    I am trying to locate info relative to Mr. Gail O. Simon’s military service with the Army Air Corps during WW2. My records show that he served with the 436th Bomb Squadron of the 7th Bomb Group, in India.
    Any info that can be offered will be entered into a database for the 7th Bomb Group, which I am assembling and hope to soon publish. Meanwhile, info that I’ve collected about these men can be viewed at my website.

    I know that he was a Private First Class. Do you know what his duties were while in the Air Corps? Mechanic? Gunner? Truck Driver? Medical Staff? thanks.
