If you ever visited Alice and Jesse, you would remember Jesse’s collection of over 400 clocks. If you timed your visit to coincide with the noon hour, you could stand in the clock room and hear them all chime, gong and cuckoo simultaneously. Alice was also a collector. She had a large display cabinet with hundreds of covered dishes shaped like chickens. They came in every size and color.
